Attorney David Romito recognizes the sensitive nature or your legal issues. In that regard, please know that I wish to protect your privacy at all times. During an initial interview with our firm, and during the course of our representation of you, I may accumulate personal, business and financial information about you. This will include information regarding your income, your assets and your debts.  This information is necessary to see if you are a candidate for filing for bankruptcy protection. I will not share that information with any third party without your express consent, ever, unless I am required to by law, court order or subpoena. I strongly encourage you to NOT place this information on our website contact form, but rather, to give this informaton to Attorney Romito when you meet with him face to face.  

Our online contact form, on this website, is purely meant as a means to have you, the potential client, provide Attorney Romito with contact information so that a bankruptcy consultation can be scheduled. Again, please do not send any sensitive financial or business information on the contact form as this is not a secure website.

In this regard, we strongly encourage you to "opt out" of completing the online contact form and to instead call Attorney Romito at 412-373-5578 to schedule an in person appointment to discuss your bankruptcy possibilities.  That way, we can ensure that no sensitive information is transmitted over the internet.

Any information that is sent to Attorney Romito via the online contact form is read personally by Attorney Romito and then immediately deleted from the website server.
